ARE THESE ALL OF YOUR DESIGNS?

Yes. We offer all of our designs at our online store. If you wish to reorder a design that is no longer available, we can reference your previous invoice to do so. Please call a customer service representative 1-800-827-8337 with any inquiries you might have.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF ITEMS I NEED TO ORDER?

Yes. The order minimum is 12 garments. Design ink colors and text personalization must be the same on all garments, otherwise these will be considered separate orders.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Image Market accepts business checks, money orders, purchase orders from schools as well as Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT MY DESIGN WILL LOOK LIKE?

We will email a proof of your personalized design, reflecting your selected ink colors and text, for your approval. Design proofs will be sent no later than 2 business days after you’ve submitted your order. All designs will need to be approved by the club sponsor or coach before the printing process can begin.

CAN I ADD PRINTING TO THE BACK OR SLEEVE OF A GARMENT?

Yes. Back designs are available at an additional $2.00 per garment. Individual names & numbers are available at an additional $5.00 per garment. Sleeve prints are available at an additional $7.00 per garment.

WHAT IS THE COST TO PERSONALIZE A DESIGN?

There is no additional charge to personalize your design. Our garment pricing is straight forward and all inclusive.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will arrive within 14 days of design approval and payment/purchase order receipt. For faster delivery, 7 day rush delivery is available at a 20% charge of order total.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROOF?

A design proof will be delivered by email within 2 business days.

I CAN’T FIND A DESIGN, IS THERE A CUSTOM OPTION?

Yes. Our creative team can create a custom design from your ideas on orders. This is a free service for orders over 36 garments. There will be a $30 art fee for custom designs when less than 36 items are ordered.

CAN I MIX DIFFERENT GARMENTS AND COLORS TO REACH A PRICE BREAK?

Yes. Different styles and colors of garments can be chosen and still qualify as one order. All garments count collectively towards reaching order price breaks. Design ink colors and personalization must remain the same on each garment to qualify as one order.

IS THERE A WAY TO CREATE AN ONLINE CART TO EASILY COLLECT STUDENT SIZES?

Once your design is approved, you can easily create an online cart from which students/parents can order.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Due to recent legal changes in regard to sales tax and online retailers, there are some states in which we are required to charge sales tax. If you live in one of those states you will see sales tax automatically added at checkout.
